Cancellation Policy

Clients MUST complete a Client Consultation form fully and honestly before commencing with any treatments/packages. Prior to commencing with Microneedling treatment particularly, clients MUST attend a Consultation Appointment in person at SKIN:TONE. A non refundable 50% booking fee is required for all bookings. For Cancellations / Rebooking within 24 hours pre-appointment, no refund shall be given. For Cancellation / Rebookings between 24-48 hours pre-appointment, a 25% cancellation fee only shall be applied. The balance 25% may only be allocated to the next scheduled appointment provided it is arranged within 2 weeks of the initial appointment. No Shows shall not be refundable. Late Arrivals (upto 10 minutes late), may get partial treatment (at the therapist/aestheticians discretion) depending on the time available in the scheduled appointments. Late Arrivals, after the scheduled time, shall be classed as No Shows and no refund shall be due. Any variations are at the discretion of the clinic
